The subject between the symptom and the construction of citizenship. Possible dialogues between psychoanalysis, gender studies and Latin American philosophy
Main Article Content
The present work seeks to rethink the place of the Subject in the work of the psychotherapeutic clinic considering different articulated notional categories; for this, I use the contributions offered by Latin American philosophy and gender studies, from which to offer a rereading perspective of the Subject category. At the same time, it seeks to interweave associative lines between the suffering of subalternalized subjects due to their gender (gay men, trans-people, women), which becomes clinically symptomatic, and the social and cultural structures in which it subscribes, revealing the relations of domination intrinsic to their production and that places them in a place of violations that prevent the free exercise of their rights as citizens.
