La planitud material del socio-constructivismo. Una crítica realista y neo-existencial de los nuevos materialismos

Los nuevos materialismos se presentan como una posible vía de exploración en el marco del giro ontológico que caracteriza al presente siglo y lo separa del paradigma lingüisticista dominante durante las últimas décadas del siglo pasado. Contra la hegemonía del discurso, el análisis del lenguaje y los estudios culturales, los nuevos materialismos postulan la irreductibilidad de un sustrato material autoactivo, pluripotencial y morfogenético, multiplicado por enredos de actantes y ensamblajes. La materia es una misma y sola vida, plana y unívoca en sus heterogéneas actualizaciones. Baruch Spinoza, Gilles Deleuze y Félix Guattari se encuentran entre las principales fuentes de inspiración de ese uno-todo animado, cuya materia siente, conversa, sufre, desea y anhela, recuerda. Sin embargo, a pesar de su buena voluntad metafísica, entendemos que estos neo-materialismos insisten en un fisicalismo óntico finalmente resuelto en construcciones imaginarias. Tal como afirma Deleuze, la inmanencia material es un constructivismo que encuentra en el imaginario individual las proyecciones esquematizantes de indecidibles flujos energéticos. Consecuencia de ese constructivismo es la deriva post/transhumanista de estos materialismos, confiados en el progreso moral y política que la tecnociencia haría posible. El presente trabajo intentará mostrar la matriz constructivista de los nuevos materialismos, funcionales a la desregulación del mercado y la libre producción post/transhumana. Como alternativa, propondré un realismo neo-existencial centrado en el concepto de Geist en tanto que dimensión natural de la vida humana.
